Swappora is a platform that connects independent users who wish to trade goods and services. Swappora is not a party to any trade.

We do not own, inspect, certify, guarantee, or take possession of listed goods or services. Users are responsible for inspecting items, evaluating offers, verifying ownership, determining value, following applicable laws, and completing exchanges safely.

Estimated trade values are provided by users and are not appraisals or guarantees of market value.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swappora. You agree not to list prohibited items, harass other users, or misuse the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Swappora is a barter marketplace: trades are goods and services only, with no cash portion. You are responsible for verifying ownership, legal requirements, permits, licenses, and taxes. You may decline or cancel an unsafe exchange. Arrange a public meetup and inspect goods before completing a trade.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the marketplace is provided as available without guarantees of item quality, value, safety, ownership, service results, or the conduct of another trader. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or takes away rights that cannot legally be excluded.

When signing up, you agree to electronic records and signatures. Your typed full name, affirmative selections, and Create account submission record your agreement. You can read, save, or print these policies before signing. If you do not agree to electronic signing, do not submit the signup form.
